CUTTKR is a product of Motion Graphic Warehouse LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“CUTTKR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when using CUTTKR, visiting cuttkr.com, joining our waitlist, or connecting supported third-party services.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you are invited to create a CUTTKR account, we may collect information including your name, email address, display name, account status, and authentication-related information.

Passwords are handled through our authentication provider and are not displayed to CUTTKR administrators.

Project and workspace information

When you use CUTTKR, you may choose to store information related to your editing workflow, including:

• Project names
• Clients
• Formats and video dimensions
• Project stages and priorities
• Start dates and deadlines
• Versions
• Tasks
• Notes
• Review links
• Review and revision history
• Alternate cuts or creative directions
• Deliverable information and delivery links

This information is used to provide the CUTTKR service and remains associated with your account or workspace.

Connected services

CUTTKR may allow you to connect supported third-party services, including Frame.io.

When you connect a supported service, CUTTKR may receive information necessary to provide that integration, such as authorization tokens, workspace identifiers, review links, and supported activity notifications.

CUTTKR does not receive or store your Adobe password.

Access tokens, refresh tokens, webhook credentials, and similar integration credentials may be securely stored and used only to provide the requested integration.

Waitlist and marketing information

If you join the CUTTKR waitlist, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Professional role
• Whether you are interested in beta testing
• Signup source
• Waitlist or beta stage

We use this information to communicate about private beta opportunities, product development, feature updates, and future CUTTKR availability.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option included in those emails.

Analytics and technical information

When you visit CUTTKR websites, we may automatically collect information such as:

• Pages viewed
• Approximate location derived from IP address
• Browser and device information
• Referring websites or traffic sources
• Interactions with buttons, links, and forms
• Session and engagement information

We currently use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand website usage and measure selected actions, including waitlist activity and successful signup.

We do not intentionally send private project content, project notes, review feedback, passwords, or similar confidential workspace content to Google Analytics.

• Authenticate users
• Maintain private user workspaces
• Save and display project information
• Provide workflow, review, revision, delivery, and integration features
• Send account invitations, password-reset messages, waitlist confirmations, and account-onboarding guidance

• Diagnose errors and improve CUTTKR
• Communicate with beta testers
• Manage the CUTTKR waitlist
• Send product and launch updates
• Measure website performance and marketing effectiveness
• Protect CUTTKR against misuse, fraud, or security threats
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Service Providers

CUTTKR relies on third-party service providers to operate portions of the service. These currently include:

Supabase

Database services, authentication, account sessions, and backend infrastructure.

Resend

Transactional email delivery, including invitations and password-reset messages.

MailerLite

Waitlist management, marketing subscriptions, product updates, and email campaigns.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Website traffic, engagement, and conversion measurement.

Adobe / Frame.io

Optional account connection and supported Frame.io workflow features.

These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

CUTTKR may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, analytics, security, and website functionality.

Some analytics technologies may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device.

Where required by applicable law, we may request consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

How We Share Information

CUTTKR does not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate CUTTKR, provide requested functionality, protect the service, comply with applicable law, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not share private project information with advertisers.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by CUTTKR. These measures include authenticated access, server-side account controls, encrypted connections, and protected administrative services.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain independent copies or backups of important business and project information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide CUTTKR, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.

Removing login access may not immediately delete every associated project record where information is retained for recovery, security, legal, or administrative purposes.

You may request deletion of your CUTTKR account and associated personal information by contacting hello@cuttkr.com.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request:

• Access
• Correction
• Deletion
• A copy of certain information
• Withdrawal of marketing consent
• Objection to or restriction of certain processing

Marketing Communications

Joining the CUTTKR waitlist means you may receive communications about private beta opportunities, product features, development updates, availability, and launch information.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

Transactional account communications, including security notices, invitations, or password-reset messages, may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.

Third-Party Links

CUTTKR may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Frame.io, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other review or delivery platforms.

CUTTKR is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of those third-party services.

Children’s Privacy

CUTTKR is intended for professional and creative workflow use and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Users

CUTTKR may be accessed from different countries. If you access CUTTKR from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in countries with privacy laws different from those in your home jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as CUTTKR evolves.

When material changes are made, we may update the Effective Date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
