Private Beta Terms

Thank you for participating in the CUTTKR Private Beta.

CUTTKR is a product of Motion Graphic Warehouse LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

These Private Beta Terms supplement the CUTTKR Terms of Service and apply while you participate in pre-release testing of CUTTKR.

By accepting a beta invitation and using CUTTKR during the beta period, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Purpose of the Beta

The CUTTKR Private Beta exists to test the product with real video editing workflows and gather useful feedback before wider release.

Beta participants are encouraged to use CUTTKR on real projects and share feedback regarding:

• Bugs
• Confusing workflows
• Missing functionality
• Useful features
• Performance
• Interface issues
• Product improvements

You are not required to test every feature.

Pre-Release Software

CUTTKR is under active development.

During the beta:

• Features may change
• Features may be added or removed
• Workflows may be revised
• The interface may change
• Bugs may occur
• Integrations may occasionally fail
• Service interruptions may occur
• Saved data structures may change as the product develops

Beta access does not guarantee that any particular feature will exist in the final product.

Important Project Information

Do not use CUTTKR as the only copy of important or business-critical information.

Maintain independent backups of important:

• Project records
• Client information
• Review links
• Revision notes
• Final delivery locations
• Production documentation

CUTTKR provides project workflow and tracking functionality. It is not intended to replace dedicated file storage, backup, archival, or media asset-management systems.

Beta Access

Beta access is invitation-only unless CUTTKR states otherwise.

Your invitation is intended for you and should not be transferred or shared without permission.

CUTTKR may add or remove beta participants at its discretion.

Beta access may be suspended, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Cost

CUTTKR Private Beta access is currently provided without charge unless otherwise stated.

Participation in the beta does not guarantee:

• Permanent free access
• A specific future subscription price
• Access to every future feature
• Lifetime access to CUTTKR

CUTTKR intends to introduce paid subscription options in the future.

Feedback

Your feedback is valuable to CUTTKR’s development.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, feature ideas, or bug reports, you allow Motion Graphic Warehouse LLC to use those ideas to develop, improve, market, and operate CUTTKR without compensation or additional permission.

CUTTKR does not claim ownership of your client work, creative work, project content, or other materials stored in your account.

Confidentiality and Security

Unless you have separately agreed to confidentiality terms, participation in the Private Beta does not automatically create a formal non-disclosure agreement.

However, beta participants must not publicly disclose:

• Security vulnerabilities
• Private administrative information
• Another user’s information
• Non-public credentials or access details
• Information clearly identified by CUTTKR as confidential

If you discover a possible security issue, report it privately to hello@cuttkr.com rather than posting it publicly.

Third-Party Integrations

Some beta features may depend on third-party services such as Adobe or Frame.io.

Those integrations may change or become temporarily unavailable because of third-party APIs, outages, permissions, account configurations, or service changes.

CUTTKR cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party integrations.

No Production Guarantee

Although CUTTKR is intended for real-world editorial workflows, beta participants acknowledge that the product remains pre-release software.

CUTTKR is provided during the beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Use reasonable judgment when relying on beta features for time-sensitive or business-critical work.

Privacy and General Terms

Your use of CUTTKR is also governed by the:

• CUTTKR Privacy Policy
• CUTTKR Terms of Service

If these Private Beta Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service regarding beta-specific matters, these Private Beta Terms control for the duration of your beta participation.

Ending Beta Participation

You may stop participating at any time.

You may request removal of your account by contacting hello@cuttkr.com.

CUTTKR may also end or modify the Private Beta as the product approaches wider release.
